Pick one of your floes (Player 1's have coral numbers). Its penguins hop off one at a time, one per floe, counter-clockwise. They hop into your igloo but never your rival's. On a phone: tap a floe to see where the last penguin lands, tap it again to go.
Last penguin lands in your igloo: go again. Last penguin lands on an empty floe of yours: it and every penguin on the floe opposite go home to your igloo.
Each ice block holds one penguin, and the ice melts every move. After 4 moves floes hold 6, after 14 they hold 5, after 24 just 4. Hopping penguins skip full floes. Penguins on melting ice swim backwards to the next floe with room.
A seal's head beside a floe may mean it's about to climb on, but not always. A seal stays for 4 moves while the floe tips further, then the floe flips: a third of the penguins climb back on, a third swim backwards, a third forwards.
When one row runs out of penguins, the rest go to their row's owner. The most penguins home wins.
